A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for woad and

WHEREAS, the owners of said property are offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it Is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Westerly 32.00 feet (as measured at right angles from the
center line of Gilbert Street) ofthe North two acres of the South
nine acres of the West half of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 7, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book
51, pages 7, et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly five feet of all that land described above.
