A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR JOAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road an d public utility pu r p oses
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MATTIE WELSH BOSTICK who acquired

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and utility pu

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across those portions of land lying within the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 51, Page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Parcel One:
The Westerly 45.00 feet of the Northerly 100.02 feet
of the Westerly 175.04 feet of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 26.
Parcel Two:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 26; thence, South 88° 44i 59" East 165.04
feet to the true point of beginning; thence, continuing
along the last mentioned bearing a distance of 10.00 feet; thence
South 0 00 25 West a distance of 10.00 feet; thence,
North 44° 22 17" West 14.29 feet to the true point of
beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
