A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM; CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILI
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit; An easement for ro and uublic utity

and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se1
and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and Furchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DUDLEY D. DORMAN and BTL TE B
DORMAN, husband and wife,
to sell to t e City o Ana elm theff.owing descri ed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and_public utility_ pt�rt�oses
an more particu arly described as i ollows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Magnolia Avenue)
of the following described parcel of land:
The South 50 feet of the East 18 feet of the North 220
feet of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.E. M.
he, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property..

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
