A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and Furchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BEN J. HESS and MARY A HESS,
husband and wife.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for _public utility purposes

An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across a
strip of land 10 feet in width, being a portion of the North half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, the
center line of said strip of land being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 8, distant
thereon South 0° 141 East, 114.99 feet from the Northeast corner
of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of said section; thence North 89 31 West, 661.47 feet,
more or less, to the West line of said Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 30 feet lying within Euclid Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
