A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for ubiic utility
purposes, 8
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to to City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for Illblic
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and across
that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly eight (8) feet of the West 108.00 feet of the East
216.00 feet of the North 288.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Northeast quarter of Section 13, Town-
ship L South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
