A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER TRANSMISSION LINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for the construction,
installation and maintenance of a 30 -inch Water Transmission
Line; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND PAUL DINKLER
and GERALDINE H. DINKLER, husband and wife, to sell to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for the construction, installation
and maintenance of a 30 -inch Water Transmission line, and
more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for the installation and maintenance of
a 30 -inch Water Transmission Line over, under and across that
portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, S.B.B. &M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Lot One
of the South Placentia Tract No. 1, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 5, page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, and the Easterly line of Rio Vista Street,
said Easterly line being parallel with and distant 30 feet
East of the West line of said Section 7; thence
South 89 151 45" East a distance of 37.01 feet; thence
South �4 161 20" West a distance of 37.98 feet to the inter-
section with the above mentioned Easterly line of Rio Vista
Street; thence Northerly along the last mentioned Easterly
line a distance of 10.87 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across
a strip of land 7.5 feet in width, being a portion of the
Northwest quarter of said Section 7, the Northwesterly line
of said strip being the Southeasterly line of the above
described Parcel One.
The Southeasterly line of said temporary easement to be
lengthened to intersect with the Easterly line of Rio Vista
Street and the Southerly line of that parcel of land described
in the deed to the State of California recorded August 24, 1955

in Book 3185, page 50 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
Said temporary easement to exist only during construction.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owners of said real property, the sum of $125.00.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 31st day of
July.
