1962-0678WHEREAS, Country Development, Inc. did heretofore
offer" for dedication Lot B of Tract No. 3886 for street
purposes and Lot C of Tract No. 3886 for alley purposes, by
documents entitled, "Irrevocable Offer of Dedication"
executed on the 14th day of September, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the dedications were
such that the properties abutting said Lots B and C were
required to pay their proportionate share of the utilities
and improvements constructed in the street contiguous to
said Lot B and in the alley contiguous to said Lot C; and
WHEREAS, Country Development, Inc., has acknowledged
that all conditions of said Irrevocable Offers of Dedication
have been met as to the Southerly 132 feet of said Lots B
and C and has requested the City of Anaheim to accept the
offers of dedication as to said Southerly 132 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that, in accordance with the terms
of the Irrevocable Offers of Dedication executed on the 14th
day of September, 1961, by Country Development, Inc., and in
conformity with the further notification of said Country
Development, Inc., that the conditions of said Irrevocable
Offers of Dedication have been met, and upon the request of
said Country Development, Inc., that the City now accept
the dedication, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby accept the Southerly 132 feet of Lot B of Tract No.
3886 for street purposes and the Southerly 132 feet of Lot C
of Tract No. 3886 for alley purposes, said tract being shown
on a map, recorded in Book 151, Pages 8, 9 and 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 24th day of July, 1962.
