A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBS IC,_,UT IL ITY
PUR POSFS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpos to wit: An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property hate offered
to sell and convey the same arThe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Northerly 53.00 feet of that portion of Lot 20, Block
K of the Kral er Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 arrd 88 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the
County Recdei of' Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 20; thence
South 31° 41' 30" West along the Southeasterly line thereof,
andthe Northwesterly line of Lots 9 and 1C of Orange Grove Acres,
as shown on a Map of Survey recorded in Book 5, page 41 of
Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, a distance of 1435.4.6 feet; thence North 14° 421 17" West
961.64 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 20,
being the center .line of La Palma Avenue, distant thereon South

of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
