A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ANA LIC UTILLITY
PU$POSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit. An easement for Iasi and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha offered
to sell and convey the same a" City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of Euclid Avenue) of those portions of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter. of Section 21, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M., in the Rancho Los Bolsas, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Southerly 162.86 feet of the North half of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M.
PARCEL TWO: The North 6.74 feet of the South half of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, Township t}. South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M.
Subject to conditions, reservations, easements,
rights and rights of way of record.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
