A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM: ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road nd public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sei
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and Furchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CHARLES S. COX and MAJORIE COX,
husband and wife: and LESTER G. JONES and E. ROBERTA JONES, husband

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the East 18.35 acres of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B.BM., described as follows:
Beginning at a point 20 feet South of the North line of said 1 8.35
acres and 370.54 feet West of the East line of said 18.35 acres;
thence West, parallel with said North line, 18 feet; thence South,
along a line parallel with the East line of said 18.35 acres,
12 feet; thence East, parallel with said North line, 18 feet; thence
North, parallel to the East line of said 18.35 acres, 12 feet to
the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
