A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIN ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for. municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DOROTHY ANTES a married woman,_
an more particuarly describe as follows:

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utilitlpurposes
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right angles to the
center line of Placentia Avenue) of that portion of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 4.9.25 feet South of the Northwest corner of
the South half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &M., and
running thence South along the West line of said Northwest quarter,
85 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence North, parallel with the
West line of said Northwest quarter, 85 feet; thence West, 150 feet
to the point of beginning.
he, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
