A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utity
ur•oses il and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to seJ
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and I•urchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LEWIS L. SINOR and CAMILLE S.
SINOR husband and wife

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
an more particularly describe as ol1ows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
that portion of Lot One of Tract No. 2401, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 76, pages 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One of said Tract No. 2401;
thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot One a distance of
three (3) feet, to an intersection with a line parallel with and three
(3) feet Easterly of the West line of said Lot One; thence Southerly
along the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 47.05 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 89° 48' 45n an arc distance of 23.51 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and three (3) feet
Northerly of the South line of Lot One of said Tract No. 2401; v
thence Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance
of 85.29 feet to an intersection with the East line of said Lot One;
thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot One to the Southeast
corner of said Lot One; thence Westerly along the South line of said
Lot One a distance of 103.26 feet to an intersection with the
Southerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot One; thence
Northerly along the said Southerly prolongation and West line of
said Lot One 65.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of July 19 6 2__
