A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit: An easement for public utility
Purposes and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to-:he City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LINCOLN- MONTEREY PROPERTY,
a Limited Partnershi
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
9 and more particularIy,escrTbed as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly five (5) feet of the Southerly
60 feet of that portion of the Southeast quarter of
Section 7, Township L. South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 54 of Tract
No. 2625, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 94, pages
9, 10 and 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California; thence North 890 01 59" East
265.02 feet along the Southerly line of said Tract No.
2625; thence South 0 26' 57" East 246.00 feet to the
Northerly line of Lincoln Avenue, as shown on said Map
of Tract No. 2625; thence South 89 01' 59" West 239.63
feet along the said Northerly line of Lincoln Avenue to
a point North 89° 01' 59" East 53.39 feet from the
intersection of said Northerly line of Lincoln Avenue
with the center line of Monterey Street, as shown on
said Map of Tract No. 2625; thence North 0 58' 01"
West 7.00 feet to the beginning of a non tangent curve
concave Northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet, a
radial line through said point bears South 0 58' 01"
East; thence Northerly 39.57 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 90 11 04 thence North

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
