1962-0631WHEREAS, SIERRA DOWNS #3, INC., did heretofore offer
for dedication for street purposes Lot A of Tract No. 3816 by
document entitled "Irrevocable Offer of Dedication" executed
the 27th day of December, 1960; and
WHEREAS, the condition of the dedication was such
that the properties abutting said Lot A were required to pay
their proportionate share of the utilities and improvements
constructed in the street contiguous to said Lot A; and
WHEREAS, Sierra Downs #3, Inc., has acknowledged
that all conditions of said Irrevocable Offer of Dedication
have been met as to said Lot A and has requested the City of
Anaheim to accept the offer of dedication as to said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that, in accordance with the terms of
the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication executed on the 27th day
of December, 1960, by Sierra Downs #3, Inc., and in conformity
with the further notification of said Sierra Downs #3, Inc.,
that the condition of said Irrevocable Offer of Dedication has
been met, and upon the request of said Sierra Downs #3, Inc.,
that the City now accept the dedication, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept an easement for street
and public utility purposes over, under and across Lot A of
Tract No. 3816 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 142, Pages 42 and
43 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of July, 1962.

do hereby certify that the foregoing: Resolution No. 62R -631 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 10th day of
July, 1962, by the following vote of the members thereof:
