1962-0623WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 7, 1961 adopt Resolution No. 6721 granting Variance
No. 1334, permitting a waiver of the minimum corner lot width
requirements of 80 feet in an R -3 Zone to allow corner lot
widths of 75 feet on two lots in proposed Tract No. 4084,
subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution,
said Tract No. 4084" being the area described as:
All that certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said
resolution should be rescinded and that Variance No. 1334
should be declared null and void.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6721 be, and the
same is hereby rescinded; and that Variance No. 1334 be and
the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and
after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 3rd day of July, 1962.
