A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6722 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 60- 61 -54.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 7, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 6722 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 60 -61 -54 finding and determining that the
property therein described should be changed from R -A, RESI-
DENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolu-
tion; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 2 and 4 of said Resolution
No. 6722 read as follows:
"2. That the final map of Tract No. 4084 be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
"4. That subject property be developed substantially
in accordance with the plans submitted to the
City Council and on file with the City of Anaheim."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condi-
tions Nos. 2 and 4 should be amended to read:
"2. That a final tract map covering subject property
shall be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, or that
the property shall be developed in accordance
with an approved Conditional Use Permit numbered
242.
"4. That plans for all buildings proposed for subject
property shall be submitted to and approved by
the Architectural Control Committee."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6722 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 60 -61 -54 be amended by amending Conditions Nos.
2 and 4 thereof to read as follows:
"2. That a final tract map covering subject property
shall be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, or that
the property shall be developed in accordance
with an approved Conditional Use Permit numbered
242.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 6722 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of July, 1962.
