1962-0620A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PENDING PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 58- 59 -47.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on February 17, 1959
adopt Resolution No. 5038 finding and determining that certain
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as:
PARCEL 1.
The West 200 feet of the North 250 feet of Lot 1
in Block "A" of Tract No. 13, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 9, Page 12 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL 2.
Lot 1 in Block "A" of Tract No. 13, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 9, Page 12 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
EXCEPT the West 200 feet of the North 250 feet.
PARCEL 3.
The South 200 feet of Lot 2 in Block "A" of
Tract No. 13, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 9, Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
should be changed from the zone in which it was situated to
different zones as more particularly set forth in said resolu-
tion, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, thereafter a written request was made of the
City Council to exclude Parcel No. 3 from said reclassification
proceedings, and the City Council did on March 17, 1959 adopt
its Resolution. No. 5093 excluding Parcel No. 3 from Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 58- 59 -47; and
WHEREAS, all conditions in connection with the reclassi-
fication of Parcel No. 1 having been complied with, the City
Council did on August 11, 1959 adopt Ordinance No. 1372 re-
classifying Parcel No. 1 to C -1, Neighborhood Commercial Zone,
and deferring the reclassification of Parcel No. 2 to a later
date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that all conditions in
connection with the reclassification of Parcel No. 2 have not
been complied with in accordance with Resolution No. 5038, and
that all pending proceedings in connection with Reclassification
No. 58 -59 -47 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE,
the City of Anaheim that
