A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A STO I
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wits An easement for the installation
and maintenance of a storm drain and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same t he City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM SCHOOL DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY CALIFORNIA

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the instal-
lation and maintenance of a storm drain

An easement for the installation and maintenance of a
storm drain over, under and across that portion of
the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Sec-
tion 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said South-
east quarter, said West line being also the center
line of Nutwood Street, distant thereon South 0 09
10" East, 62.89 feet from the Northwest corner of
said Southeast quarter; thence North 89 50' 50" East,
30.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 63 38' 45" East, 53.10 feet to a point on a
line parallel with and distant 40.00 feet Southerly
from the North line of said Southeast quarter, said
point being also distant South 89° 18' 01" East, 84.50
feet from the West line of said Southeast quarter;
thence North 89 18 01" West, along said parallel
line, 39.50 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly to
a point on a line parallel with and distant 30.00 feet
Easterly from the West line of said Southeast quarter,
said point being distant thereon South 0 09 10" East,
55.00 feet from the North line of said Southeast quarter;
thence South along said last mentioned parallel line,
7.89 feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
