A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha a offered
to sell and convey the same to The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer cf WARREN W. JAYOOX and

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to. be used for an easement for

poses over, under and across that portion of
Lot Five (5) of the Stockwell Subdivision,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 6, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
The Northerly 53.00 feet of the Southerly
119.02 feet of the Easterly 280.01 feet of
Lot Five (5) of the Stockwell Subdivision, as
shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 52,
page 40 of Record of Surveys in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
