RESOLUTION NO. 62R -1041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 56 -57 -56
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 3786 TO BE NULL
AND VOID FROM AND AFTER THIS DATE.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 9th day of April,
1957, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 3786, in
Reclassification Proceedings No. F- 56- 57 -56, approving the
reclassification of the property therein described and changing
it from P -L, PARKING LANDSCAPING ZONE to C -2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the conditions specified in said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been
complied with by the applicant, and the City Planning
Commission has recommended to the City Council that said
reclassification proceedings be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find after a careful
review of the matter, that said proceedings for the reclassifi-
cation of said property should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Application No. F- 56 -57 -56 for a change of zone be, and the
same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 3786 be,
and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and
after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of December, 1962.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 62R -1041 on
the 4th day of December, 1962.
