1962-0995(First Hearing) RESOLUTION NO. 62R 995 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA- TION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO -THE CITY OF AYM KNOWN AND DESIG- NATED AS YORBA WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on the 18th day of _September 19 62 receive a written petition ski.ng that certain territory described in said petition be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 62R-837 designating the said proposed annexation as YORBA ANNEXATION; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 7th day of November 19 62, at the hour of 7:00 P.M., at the ity ounci hamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, as the day, hour and place when and where the City Council would hear protests made by the owner or owners of any real property within the territory proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, said hearing on protests was held on the 7th day of November 19 62 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does find and declare that a majority protest ham pmt was not made at said hearing.
