1962-0986A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and public utility pur poses
an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ELISE FRITZ, a widow,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oragge, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and ublic utility purposes

particularly described as follows;
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across a portion of Lot 11 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a Map
of Survey made by William Hamel on file in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the monumented center
line of Santa Ana Street and State College Boulevard (formerly
Placentia Avenue) as said intersection is shown on a Map of Tract
No. 1565, filed in Book 49, pages 20 through 24 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence North 0 10'
55' East along said center line of State College Boulevard 231.16
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 74 31' 15" West
to the intersection with a line that is parallel with and distant
53.00 feet West of the center line of State College Boulevard;
thence North 0 10' 55" East along the last mentioned parallel line
to the Southeast corner of Lot 102 of said Tract No. 1565; thence
North 74 31' 15" East to the point of intersection with the center
line of State College Boulevard; thence South 0 10' 55" West along
said center line of State College Boulevard to the true point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 30.00 feet thereof.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
