An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly 53.00 feet of that portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim
Extension, according to a Map of Survey made by William Hamel,
acknowledged by Alfred Robinson, Trustee, and filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot 7,
North 0 7' 30" East 861.83 feet from a bolt in the pavement mark-
ing the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 7; thence
South 81 42' 15" West 199.35 feet; thence South 11 20' 00" East
74.15 feet; thence South 77 40' 00" West 475.90 feet to a point
in the Easterly line of Tract No. 255, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 14, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; thence North 12 8' 00" West 176 feet, more
or less, to the South line of the right of way of the Anaheim
Union Water Company, as established by a judgment of the Superior
Court of the State of California, a certified copy of said
Judgment being recorded in Book 281, page 126 of Deeds, records

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners'of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
