1962-0968WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for
a permit to construct a storm drain inlet within said
District's right of way of the Carbon Creek Channel at
approximate Engineer's Station 373 +97; and
WHEREAS, plans for the construction of said storm
drain inlet designated "Parking Lot Paving Plan" have been
filed with and approved by said District's Chief Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District did
on October 8, 1962, submit to the City of Anaheim a form
of permit to be accepted by the City offering to grant to
the City permission to construct a storm drain inlet within
said District's right of way of the Carbon Creek Channel
at approximate Engineer's Station 373+97 in accordance with
the City of Anaheim's "Parking Lot Paving Plan, "subject to
the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements therein set
forth to be kept, performed and observed by the City, which
permit the City Council finds would be for the benefit and
best interest of the City and should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the permit of the Orange County
Flood Control District, No. 19962, submitted October 8, 1962,
to the City of Anaheim, granting to the City permission to
construct a storm drain inlet within said District's right
of way of the Carbon Creek Channel at approximate Engineer's
Station 373 +97 in accordance with the City of Anaheim's "Parking
Lot Paving Plan," subject to the terms, covenants, conditions
and agreements set forth in said permit to be performed and
observed by the City of Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said
Permit No. 19962 submitted October 8, 1962, for and on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
