A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ATHRUZ, INC., a corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes, and more particularly described as
follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of land being
a portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 23,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 23, said corner being the
intersection of the center line of Ball Road with
the center line of Western Avenue; thence Easterly
along the North line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 23, a distance of 170.00 feet; thence
Southerly along a line parallel with the West line
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 23, to the
intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00
feet Southerly of the North line of said Section 23;
thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel
line a distance of 111.41 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly
along said curve through a central angle of
88 48' 12" an arc distance of 23.25 feet to the
intersection with a line parallel with and 45.00
feet Easterly of the West line of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 23; thence Southerly along

the last mentioned parallel line a distance of
104.24 feet to the intersection with a line parallel
with and 171.00 feet Southerly of the North line of
said Section 23; thence Westerly along the last
mentioned parallel line to the intersection with
the West line of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 23, said West line also being the center
line of Western Avenue; thence Northerly along the
West line of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 23,
to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 30th day of October 1962.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 62R -958 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 30th day of
October 1962, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 62R -958 on the
30th day of October, 1962.
