TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF STORM DRAIN FACILITIES.
and more particularly described as follows.
An easement for the installation and maintenance of storm
drain facilities, under and across all that portion of
Lot 1 of Tract No. 2854, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 90, pages 39 and 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, lying Southwesterly of
the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Katella Avenue,
shown on the Map of said tract, distant thereon
North 89 34' 05" East, 82.00 feet from the intersection
of said North line with the center line of Walnut Street,
adjoining said lot on the West; thence North 40 55' 55" West
to a point on the East line of Walnut Street as described
in the deed to the City of Anaheim recorded May 27, 1958
in Book 4298, page 128 of Official Records.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
