1962-0944WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for easements for underground drainage purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
Quitclaim the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of COORDINATED SERVICE, a
corporation, to Quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following
described real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to be used for easements for
underground drainage purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for underground drainage purposes
under the Northerly 5.00 feet and the Westerly 3.00 feet
of the following described property:
The West two and one -half (21/2) acres of the South half of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes.
EXCEPT the Westerly 250.00 feet thereof.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for underground drainage under
the Easterly 3.00 feet of the following described property:
The Easterly 80.00 feet of the Westerly 250.00 feet of the
West two and one -half (21/2) acres of the South half of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said property.
