RESOLUTION NO. 62R 942
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOTS
"Br' AND "C" OF TRACT NO. 2874 FOR ROAD
AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owners of Tract No. 2874, being JADE
BUILDERS, INC., EMERALD BUILDERS, INC., AMETHYST BUILDERS, INC.,
DORIC BUILDERS, INC., DYKE WATER COMPANY, and SECURITY TITLE
INSURANCE COMPANY, did offer for dedication to the County of
Orange for road and public utility purposes Lots "A," "B" and
"C" of Tract No. 2874 at the time said tract map was recorded;
and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange did not at that time
accept said offer of dedication for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the property covered by said Tract No. 2874
has been annexed to and is now a part of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, said lots are necessary for road and public
utility purposes in connection with streets contemplated for
extension now, and the City Council finds that said offer
of dedication made at the time of the acceptance and recordation
of said tract map should be accepted by the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby
accept Lots "A," "B" and C of Tract No. 2874 for road and
public utility purposes as offered for dedication to the
County of Orange at the time of the acceptance and recordation
of said tract map, said tract map being shown on a map recorded
in Book 87, pages 38 to 87, both inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of October, 1962.

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No.62R -942 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 16th day of
October, 1962, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No.62R -942 on the
16th day of October, 1962.
