A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM: ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement forroad and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sea
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LEE M. BOWEN and DONNA A. BOWEN
husband and wife,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Calii`o,nis
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Ball Road) of
the Easterly 132.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S. B. B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
