A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to seY
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of NORTH AMERICAN AVIATION INC., a
corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fol owing descri ed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land, being a portion of the East half of
Lot 17 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract as shown on a map recorded
in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East half of said Lot 17,
thence North 16" 50' 58" West 300.00 feet along the West line of
the East half of said Lot 17 to an intersection with the North line
of the Southerly 300 feet (as measured at right angles to the center
line of La Palma Avenue) said point of intersection being the true
point of beginning of the parcel of land described herein, thence
North 16 50' 58" West 1020.52 feet to an intersection with the North
line of the South half of said Lot 17 thence North 73 08' 17" East
44.30 feet along the Northerly line of the South half of said Lot
17, thence South 16 51' 43" East 1020.52 feet to an intersection
with the North line of the Southerly 300 feet of said Lot 17, thence
South 73 08' 17" West 44.52 feet along the North line of the
Southerly 300 feet of said Lot 17 to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City_
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
