A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR A SUB SURFACE EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PUR-
POSES, TOGETHER WITH RIGHT OF INGRESS, EGRESS
AND REGRESS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: A sub surface easement for
drainage purposes, together with right of ingress, egress and
regress; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRY C. VOGT and MARY A.
VOGT, husband and wife, and VIOLA V. VOGT, a single woman, to
sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for a sub surface easement for drainage
purposes, together with right of ingress, egress and regress, and
more particularly described as follows:
A sub surface easement for drainage of excess surface water
through pipe line, together with the right of ingress,
egress and regress for the purpose of installing and main-
taining the same, over the south 5.00 feet of the East
117.25 feet of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as said section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page
10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
