A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to e
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer. of CAMILLE NORMAN ALLEC and MARY LOU
AL LEC brother and sister

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility pur ose
an more par cu arly describe as ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly 45.00 feet of Lot 3 of Tract No. 71, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 1,304.60 feet thereof.
For the purpose of this description the South line of said Lot 3
is to be the center line of Orangewood Avenue.
RESERVING UNTO THE GRANTOR, the right to use,maintain, repair or re-
construct the existing irrigation lines lying within 5 feet on each
side of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of the North 40
feet of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 71, with the Southerly prolongation
of the East line of the West 200 feet of Lot 3 of said Tract No. 71;
thence Easterly along a line parallel with and 40 feet South of the
North line of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 71, a distance of 1,109.60 feet;
thence North 0 08' 00" West a distance of 85 feet to the point of
termination of the line herein described.
Said reservation and right shall become null and void upon mutual agree-
ment between the City of Anaheim and the Grantors that said irrigation
lines are no longer required or necessary for irrigation purposes.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City_
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
