A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Or ANAHEII', ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirou
of aurchasing the hereinafter described real property fo— municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to s
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and 7:al -chase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

and more particularly described as follows
An easement for sewer purposes over the North 6 feet
of the following described property:
The West 320.50 feet of the North half of the South
half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)p
