A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59 -60 -4.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did receive a
verified petition for reclassification of the following described
property from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBOR-
HOOD- COMMERCIAL ZONE:
The south 200 feet of the west 140 feet of the
east half of the west half of the northeast
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 17,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West of the San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of
Orange, State of California.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing on said petition on September 8, 1959 and did defer
action thereon to permit a review of the plot plans; and
WHEREAS, subject property was subsequently subdivided and
developed as R -1, One- family Residential Zone property, and Tract
Map No. 3562 was filed thereon; and
WHEREAS, said reclassification proceedings, numbered
F- 59 -60 -4, proposing to reclassify said property to C -1, Neighbor-
hood- Commercial Zone, have never been completed nor terminated;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that, in view of the
fact that said property has been developed as R -1, One Family
Residential Zone, said reclassification proceedings should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Applica-
tion No. F- 59 -60 -4 for a change of zone of the above described
property, be, and the same are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October, 1962.

and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 9th day of
October, 1962.
