A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and p ublic utilit purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sey
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ANNE HENNING PAULUS
to sell to t e ity o 'na eim the 'o.i owing descried real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and_public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Rio Vista
Street and Anaheim -Olive Road (now known as Lincoln Avenue) as
said streets are shown on a Map of Survey recorded in Book 21,
page 45 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County; thence South Q° 19' 30" West 212.77 feet;
thence North 89° 57' 45" East 45 feet; thence North 0° 19' 30" East
129.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly,
Northeasterly and Southeasterly along said curve, through a central
angle of 100 45' 00" an arc distance of 43.96 feet to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Southerly of
the center line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence
North 89 57' 45" East 120.19 feet; thence North 0° 19' 30" East
53.95 feet to the center line of said Lincoln Avenue; thence
North 78 55' 30" West 195.00 feet along the center line of said
Lincoln Avenu o the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October 1962
