A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM': ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND P UBLIC UTILITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and p ublic utilit pur
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha ve offered to se]
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of VIRGIL C. COLLIER and CELIA CLARA

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and_public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land being a portion of the South-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.8M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 20, said corner also being the center line inter
Zection of Katella Avenue, with the center line of Nutwood
Street; thence Northerly along the West line of the Southeast
quarter of said section 20, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence
Easterly along a line parallel with the South line of the
Southeast quarter of said Section to a point in a line parallel
with and 32.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 20; thence Southerly along the last
mentioned parallel line a distance of 124.95 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
15.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 90° 11 00" an arc distance of 23.60
feet to a point in a line parallel with and 60.00 feet Northerly
of the South line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 20;
thence Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line a distance
of 232.95 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West line of
the Southeast quarter of said Section 20 to the South line of
the Southeast quarter of said Section 20; thence Westerly along
the South line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 20, to
the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
