A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property have offered to sea
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT L. LUECKE and RUTH L. LUECKE,
huband and wife, and WESLEY FARNEY, a married man, as his sole ET
e of Anaheim the following descri ed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
an more part cu arly describe as ollows:

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Westerly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Los Angeles Street) of Lots Six (6)
and Seven (7) of the South Street Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 8, page 89 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the West line of
Lots 6 and 7 is assumed to be the center line of Los
Angeles Street.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
