and across the Northerly 60 feet as measured at right angles
to the center line of Katelia Avenue) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 27, Township L South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cahon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 270 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 190 feet.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
