A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road and public utility uurno
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to seta
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LENZI M. ALLRED and MILDRED
IMOGENE ALLRED, husband and wife
to sell to the t577717 thefosi owing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and ublic utility pur oses
anc more particu.arly describe as o11ows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet
(as measured at right angles from the center line
of Magnolia Avenue) of the following described
parcel of land:
The West 180 feet of the North five (5) acres of
the West twenty (20) acres of the North half of
the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.BM.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 2 54 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City_
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October 1962
