RESOLUTION NO. 62R -884
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -22.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did receive a
verified petition for reclassification of the following described
property from R -1, ONE FAMILY- RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C -1 NEIGHBORHOOD-
COMMERCIAL ZONE:
Lot No. 1 in Tract No. 2210, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 60, Page 45
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to hear and consider evidence for and against said
proposed reclassification; and
WHEREAS, said Commission after due inspection, investiga-
tion and study and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hearing did recommend to the City Council
that subject petition for reclassification should be denied; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, on October 8, 1962, a written re-
quest was received by the City Council from said petitioner
requesting permission to withdraw said application for reclassi-
fication; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that request should
be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Appli-
cation No. 62 -63 -22 for a change of zone of the above described
property, be, and the same are hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of October, 1962.
