1962-0871WHEREAS, Resolution No. 62R -3 authorized the purchased
and acquisition of the following described real property from
TRINEY LEMUS:
ATTEST:
Lot 26 of the Mary Goodman Tract, in the
City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in
Book 7, Page 21 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California,
for the sum of $10,455.00 cash; and,
WHEREAS, because of inadvertence and clerical error
in arriving at said sum, the correct and proper consideration
should have been $10,535.00; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 62R -3, the
City Auditor or Finance Officer has deposited said sum of
$10,455.00 in escrow.
N43W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -3 of said Council be,
and the same is hereby, amended by changing the sum $10,455.00
to the sum of $10,535.00 wherever and as often as it appears
in said Resolution.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Officer be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to deposit in escrow
at the United California Bank, Anaheim Main Office, Anaheim,
California, $80.00 cash, lawful money of the United States to
be distributed in accordance with Escrow No. 170 -1922, heretofore
opened at said bank.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended by this resolution, Resolution No. 62R -3 shall in remain
in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
