1962-0865WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on the 14th day of August
19 62 receive a
written petition asking that certain territory described in
said petition be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution
No. 62R designating the said proposed annexation as
SOUTHWEST ANNEXATION; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 18th day
of Se tember 19 62 at the hour of 7:00 P.M., at
the City ouncil Chamber in the City Hall of the City of
Anaheim, as the day, hour and place when and where the
City Council would hear protests made by the owner or
owners of any real property within the territory proposed
to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held on said date and
was continued to the 2nd day of October 19 62
and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN INHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF ANKREIRTROPNAND DESIG-
NATED AS SOUTHWEST

RESOLUTION NO, 62R
WHEREAS, said continued hearing on protests
was held on said date
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council does find and declare that a majority protest has
not been made
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 2nd day of October 19 62
