A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF STO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for the installation and maintenance of

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of J. HOWARD PORTZER and ORRA V. PORTZER,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for the installation and maintenance of

An easement for the installation and maintenance of storm drain
facilities under and across all that portion of Lot 1, Tract 2181,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 62, pages 40 and 41 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying South-
westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Katella Avenue adjoin-
ing said lot on the South, distant thereon South 89° 51' 52" East,
53.50 feet from the intersection of said center line with the
center line of Ninth Street adjoining said lot on the West; thence
North 0 33' 10" East, parallel with said Ninth Street center line
to a point on the North line of Katella Avenue as shown onsaid Map,
said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the line to be
described; thence North 40 51' 52" West to a point on the East
line of Ninth Street, as shown on the Map of said tract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
