A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Authority was posted at 3:25 p.m. on
October 22, 1999 at the City Hall Bulletin Board; both inside and outside containing all items as shown
herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:13 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
in the amount of $11,057.38
for the period ending October 26, 1999 in accordance with the 1999-2000 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA :
There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST :
No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS – AGENDA ITEMS :
There were no public comments on Housing Authority
agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 – 3 :
On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member
McCracken the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA99- 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY authorizing an application for and acceptance of an Emergency Housing and
Assistance Program ( EHAP) Grant and to authorize the Chairman or Executive Director to
execute the required certifications and application documents.
2. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA99- 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY approving an application to the California Housing Finance Agency ( CHFA) for the
second round of funding under the Housing Enabled By Local Participation (HELP) Program and
authorize the Executive Director to execute said application and related documents.
3. 177: Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held on May 4, 1999, May 11,
1999, July 13,1999, July 20, 1999, August 10, 1999 and August 24, 1999.
