Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT : Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 3:05 p.m. on April 23, 1999 at the City Hall Bulletin Board; both inside and outside containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:18 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $7,117.95 for the period ending April 12,1999 and $9,354.68 for the period ending April 19, 1999 and $11,633.43 for the period ending April 26, 1999 in accordance with the 1998-99 Budget, were approved. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA : There were no additions to agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST : No items of public interest were addressed. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS : There were no public comments on Housing Authority Agenda items. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 – 3 : On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member McCracken the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 177: Authorizing an application for $46,350 under HUD’s Notice of Funding Availability ( NOFA) for a Family Self-Sufficiency ( FSS) Program Coordinator under the Section 8 Rental Certificate and Voucher Programs, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the required certifications and application documents. Authority Member Feldhaus asked if the $46,350 was the total salary, or did the Authority have to supplement that amount. Lisa Stipkovich , Executive Director of Community Development. That is the total amount received from HUD which would have to be supplemented in terms of burden and other items. The position is currently provided for in the budget. If the application is approved, it will help the budget; if not, it is still an existing position already budgeted. This is just a new resource to get funding from HUD. 2. 137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA99- 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY expressing its intent to issue tax exempt bonds to provide financing for a multi- family senior housing project and related actions. 3. 177: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held March 23, 1999, and April 6, 1999.
