A RESOLUTION OF TTE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACC;PTNG A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real prop-
erty for public purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R'.:JSOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of FAIRFIELD HOMES, INC.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for Public Utilities over, under, along,
across, and through all that certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, being portions of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter and East half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., in Rancho Los Coyotes as
per map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of the South-
west quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Northeast
quarter, North 0° 24' 03" West, 160.00 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence North
89° 58' 50" West parallel with the South line of said
Southwest quarter 27.00 feet; thence North 0 24' 03"
West parallel with the East line of said Southwest
quarter and East line of said East half 987.95 feet to
a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a
radius of 50.00 feet; thence along said curve through
a central angle of 39 38' 46 a distance of 34.60
feet to a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 50.00 feet, a radial line bears North 49
57' 11" East; thence along said last mentioned curve
throu. h a central angle of 118° 07' 05 a distance of
103.08 feet to a point on a line parallel with and
distant Westerly 10.00 feet measured at right angles
from the East line of said East half; .thence North
0° 24' 03" West, along said parallel line 61.04 feet
to the North line of said Northwest quarter; thence
North 89° 46' 20" East along said North line 10.00
feet to the Northeast corner of said East half; thence
South 0° 24' 03" East along said East line 1161.95
feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO covenants, conditions, reservations, restric-
tions, rights, rights of way and easements, if any, of
record.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars 41.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 26th day of April, 1955.

Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 26th
day of April, 1955.
