A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
Road and Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for
Road and Utility Purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EARL LOVERN MILLER
and RUTH B. MILLER, husband and wire to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and utility purposes over the most Westerly
25.5 feet of that portion of the north half of the southwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, county of Orange, state of Calif-
ornia, as the southeast quarter of said Section 17 is indicated
on a map filed in book 22 page 25 of Records of Surveys, in the
office of the county recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said North half distant
thereon South 0° 00' 05 East 62.00 feet from the Northwest corner
thereof; thence North 89° 37' 36" East, parallel with the North
line of said North half 170.00 feet; thence South 0° 00' 05" East
parallel with said West line 73.54 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and distant Northerly 160.00 feet measured at right
angles from the South line of the land described in Certificate
of Title No. 13288 on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles
of said County; thence Westerly along said parallel line, South 89°
27' 00" West 121.86 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 90° 32' 55" to a dis-
tance of 23.71 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant
Easterly 30.00 feet from said West line; thence South 89° 59 55`
West 30.00 feet to said West line; thence North 0° 00' 05" West
along said West line 58.63 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 {1.00) Dollars.
