A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOE AN EASEMENT FOR
Road and Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public oad and s_. to Utility urposes Purposes for

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ALKE SCHtJRINGA to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and utility purposes over the South 50
feet of the following described property:
All that portion of the real property located in the county of
Orange, state of California, being a portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Southwest
quarter distant thereon South 89° 42' 15" West 310.00 feet
from the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence
North 0 17 45" West 164.64 feet to a point on a curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 145.00 feet, a radial line
through said point bears South 26° 15' 59" East; thence North-
easterly along said curve through a central angle of 44 5' 21"
a distance of 111.58 feet; thence North 89° 59' 55" East 108.44
feet to a point in a line parallel with the East line of said
Southwest quarter and distant Westerly therefrom measured at
right angles 130.00 feet; thence South 0° 0' 5" East along said
parallel line 245.00 feet to the South line of said Southwest
quarter of said section; thence South 89° 42' 15" West along
said South line 180.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (;1.00) Dollars,
