A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOB AN EASEMENT FOR
Street Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PATRICK P. PRIZIO
and ISABELL E PRIZIO, husband and wire to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Vineyard Lot B -2, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 4, Pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of
Los Argeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the southerly line of said Lot B -2,
distant easterly 419.66 feet from the southwesterly corner
of said Lot B -2; thence northerly 327.00 feet parallel with
the westerly line of said Lot B -2 to the northwest corner
of land described as Parcel 3 in deed to the City of
Anaheim, a municipal corporation, recorded January 26, 1940
in Book 1025, Page 524 of Official Records of Orange County,
California, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence continuing northerly along said parallel line to
the southeast corner of Lot 7 of Tract No. 1546, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 45, Page 35 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California; thence N 74024'
30" E 17.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Tract No.
1546; thence S 15 °30'30" E to the northeast corner of said
land of the City of Anaheim; thence westerly 17.00 feet
to the true point of beginning.
TO BE USED FOR STREET PURPOSES.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars,
