RESOLUTION NO. 2493
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2480.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 23rd day of
July, 1954, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
adopt Resolution No. 2480 finding and determining that it
was necessary to arrange for the collection and disposal
of rubbish and trash in certain sections of the City, and
authorizing the publication of a notice inviting sealed
proposals for the collection of said rubbish and trash
along both sides of the streets and alleys, and business
establishments described therein; and
WHEREAS, upon further consideration and in-
vestigation the City Council finds it advisable to rescind
said Resolution No. 2480.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 2480, adopted
July 23, 1954., finding and determining that it is necessary
to arrange for the collection and disposal of rubbish and
trash in certain sections of the City, and authorizing the
publication of a notice inviting sealed proposals for the
collection and disposal of said rubbish and trash along
both sides of the streets and alleys, and business es-
tablishments therein described, be, and the same is hereby,
rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
by me this 10th day of August, 1954.
